Terms of Service

1. What you are buying

UAE Unity Portrait produces one cinematic UAE-themed portrait per paid generation, conditioned on a photo you upload. Delivery is a downloadable 1080×1350 JPEG poster.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have the right to submit the photo you upload (it must be of you, or of a person who has consented to its use for this purpose).

3. Prohibited uploads

You may not upload a photo that depicts any of the following. Attempts to do so may cause the service to block your request and may, depending on the content, expose you to civil or criminal liability under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 and other applicable law:

• Public figures or officials — including but not limited to members of the ruling families, elected or appointed officials, military and police, judges, and ambassadors.
• Impersonation — any image intended to pass for an official, governmental, religious, or diplomatic representative.
• Non-consenting third parties — a photo of another person who has not agreed to be processed by this service for this purpose.
• Minors — the service is adults-only; do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
• Sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise illegal content under UAE law, as determined by our content filter and our own review.

4. Output and rights

• You receive a personal-use license to the generated portrait. You may share it on social media with attribution not required.
• You agree not to present the portrait in any way that falsely implies endorsement by the UAE government, any government body, or any named individual.
• The portrait is a stylized rendering — it is not a factual photograph and should not be represented as one.

5. Payment and refunds

Payment is a one-time charge processed by Stripe at the time of checkout. If generation succeeds and you receive a portrait, payment is considered final. If generation fails, email support@uae-unity.com for refund review. Prices are shown in AED and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

6. Data

How we collect, keep, and delete your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the generated portrait will be free of visual artifacts, will faithfully reproduce your features, or will be suitable for any particular purpose. The image generation provider behind the scenes is evolving technology and outputs vary.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
